Hi I'm Evelyn Nelson I’m managing on finding housing and encouraging  the young and seasoned to believe and define  their talents and skills, having come across those who have lost their homes or residency because life just happens. Having felt the sting of homelessness I can vouch for them having been there too!

I've joined the Infinity Investment group to better educate myself on leverage and multiplying your assets. I've helped my seasoned mother in law while recovering from a mild stroke to get her four properties in a LLC where all four properties have an irrevocable Land Trust and her Living Trust, and a Property Manager all lined up.

While getting educated on gaining assets to better establish myself so I can get more property to barrow against and help the young learn about leveraging assets to build upon while young and not just owning one house alone but other venues to invest in. And to establish a One Stop Media Home for the younger generation exploring all aspects of the media under one roof! Meanwhile getting educated in finding the the right asset leveraging.

Behind the scenes I'm on the Business Board of RV For Homeless a Non Profit Organization, rvforhomeless.com.  Along with soon releasing my book Still Singing In The Shadows and the ebook series following.  Continuing my songs, and videos on my life story!  Increasing my skills and education by joining the Authors Workshop working with Literary writing and poetry.
